Recipe.6 egg whites .3/4sugar,6egg yolks,1/3unsweetened cocoa,vanilla extract ,dash salt
beat egg white until soft peaks add 1/4 the sugar 2 tablespoon at time,beating until stiff peaks .
with same beaters, beat yolks at high speed adding the remaining1/2 cup sugar, 2 tables spoons at time .beat until mixture is rich thick .add at low speed beat in cocoa vanilla ,salt ,just until smooth, gently fold the cocoa mixture to beaten egg whites . Spread evenly in pan bake for 15minutes oven 375/F Filling 1/1/2 cups heavy cream ,1/2 cup confectioners sugar,1/4 cup cocoa /vanilla candied cherries for the top let cool before filling

 Ribber band  tension  6 

 start with 78 stitches  knit 3o  rows put all needles on maine bed.

knit  50 more rows for leg length  tension 8  on sides leave one needle not knit position before the last stitch for you to be able to chain the open seam with the tool. after the 5o rows . start to make the heel ,partially knitting.on right  side of sock when you do the next sock do on lefty side . after that knit 55 more rows for making the length of foot , again do partially knit until  you have the point , end with wasting yarn ,take off the machine,  crafting  the stitches. 

take a hour to  make a pair of socks   

properly  wool yarn  for socks.

A friend come visit me she know I like to read .Give-me this old book in Portuguese .

when I went to open it all the pages never  been open the date inside is  1945  some body had give this as a present in that date  . on english is great expectations  from Charles Dickens

Cheese twists

Cheese twists made with frozen puff pastry . cut on strips

Brush with egg first , roll on grated cheddar cheese or a mix of cheeses then twist. put on a tray

 bake a 350  until brown gold colour.

Pies for the tea room

Two lemon pies two pumpkin pies for the tea room of are yearly  fall bazaar . Tomorrow i will be working on crafty table  . I try a new recipe for the meringue  top of lemon pie .

RECIPE 

2eggs white 

beat with 2 tables  spoons of water until fluffy .

add 2 tables spoons  white sugar.

add 2 tables spoons of corn starch.

add 2 tea spoons baking power

beat until peaks form   pour over the pie bake for 30 minutes at 350 % temperature

My  mother is now ninety two years old, this basket made by my gram-pa when my mother was ten years old , for her birthday . i am lucky to have it , he was a shepherd  and made the basket from grasses he found  when he were working .
