My Friend Kaye wrote this

This is another of Norete's Creations, made for her good friend, Kaye. The model is a little bit fat but notice the

detail in matching the plaid perfectly & the fit is fabulous. Keep in mind that this suit was made from recycled

material rescued from the trash pile & was previously a pleated skirt. Norete, truly is a miracle worker & one of a

kind. When she creates something like this for me, I feel truly blessed.

The Kitchen I remember

My older auntie she introduce me to the loom is why I weave, she had the simple way of living

she got to 96Th birthday this picture was taked on her kitchen with my mother . her niece.

1965 Summer

Picture taked on 25 July 1965 was a very hot day in that year .

Cactus and Shamrock

Later on day my shamrock closed all the flowers and leaves this is the third one I transplant

growing so much i have to change the pot again.

Today we have very strong smoky we cant stay out side ,we have to stay inside with air condition . I hope people can go back to theirs homes soon. Some they do not have homes to go to .

Bran Muffins

Bran Muffins Recipe

2 .1/2 cups sugar

4 eggs

1.1/2 cups oil

1 litre butter milk

5 ,1/2 cups flour

8 tsp baking soda

2 cups all bran cereal

3 cups bran flakes or nut bran

1 cup molasses

2 cups raisins

vanilla

This dough must not be used until 12 hours in fridge keep 2 or 3 weeks .

you can bake few at time or bake all and freeze .Beat eggs ,sugar ,vanilla add oil ,molasses . add bran cereals ,on butter milk,add the baking soda very care full

because raise very quickly add to the mix bowl then add the rest of ingredients.

measure the oil first then the molasses on same cup slide easy out a cup.

Bake 375 oven to 20 to 25 minutes

makes 4 doz
