QUINCES TREE

  Quinces , we make marmelade with , very hard fruit,  first wash them, on boilpot of water 
cooking untill are soft ,  peel and  keep the pulp for the marmelade ,and all the peels and the inside s  boil again  ,keep that water pass true a chesse cloth and made jelly with it .
use sugar that call for your recipe.
we bake the quinces and add sugar  . eat them for dessert
